AttackPathMan

Terms of use

Effective 11 October 2026

Who we are

attackpathman.com (the "site") is operated by Kay Daskalakis. Postal address: 27 Old Gloucester Street, Holborn, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. Contact: iam@attackpathman.com (data-protection requests: privacy@attackpathman.com). In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Kay Daskalakis, and "you" means anyone who uses the site.

Using these terms

These terms apply when you visit or use the site, including any blog or other pages we add later. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

How we handle personal data, including email addresses given to our mailing list, is explained separately in our Privacy notice.

The site is free to use. We do not sell anything through it, and nothing on it is an offer to sell. If we ever offer the game or anything else for sale, separate terms will apply to that purchase and will be shown to you before you buy.

About AttackPathMan and the teaser

AttackPathMan is a cybersecurity adventure game in development. We have not announced a release date, platform, price or feature set, and plans may change or the game may not be released. Nothing on the site is a promise that any particular feature or release will happen.

The animation on the site is a concept teaser, not gameplay footage. It was produced with AI image and video generation tools from our own concept art and does not show what the finished game will look like.

Information and educational content

Articles and other content on the site, including any blog posts about cybersecurity topics or real-world security incidents, are provided for general information, education and entertainment only. In particular:

We try to keep content accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete or up to date, and we may not update older posts. If you think something is wrong, please tell us at iam@attackpathman.com and we will consider correcting it.

Real organisations and no endorsement

The game and site may refer to real organisations, products and events, usually in the context of publicly reported security incidents. Those references are for commentary, education and historical context. Unless we say otherwise, we are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any organisation we mention, and a reference is not a statement that an organisation acted unlawfully or improperly beyond what is publicly reported. Trade marks belong to their respective owners.

AttackPathMan is ours

AttackPathMan — the game and everything relating to it, including its name, title, characters, world, story, concept, design, artwork, animations, audio, software and any future releases, versions or merchandise — belongs to Kay Daskalakis. All rights are reserved. Nothing on the site, and nothing in these terms, gives you any licence or right in the game or its intellectual property, except the limited permissions in the next section.

Kay Daskalakis may develop, publish, license and sell AttackPathMan commercially, directly or through a business or partner of their choosing.

Our content and how you may use it

The site and its content, including the AttackPathMan name and any logo, text, articles, artwork, concept art, animations, design and code, are owned by us or used with permission. All rights are reserved except as set out below.

You may view the site and print or download individual pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may also:

Otherwise, you must not copy, republish, sell, modify or create derivative works from site content, or use it to train or build datasets for AI or machine-learning systems, without our written permission. You must not use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or your products. Nothing in these terms limits any use the law allows you to make without permission.

Acceptable use

You must not:

We may block or restrict access by anyone we reasonably believe is breaking these terms.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in the site, please report it to iam@attackpathman.com and do not access or change data that is not yours.

Comments and contributions

The site does not currently accept comments or other user contributions. If and when we enable comments or similar features, the following will apply, together with any additional rules we publish at that time:

Mailing list

You can join the mailing list to receive launch news, occasional development updates and new blog articles, and, if AttackPathMan is released as a commercial game, news of its release and availability. You must be at least 16 years old to sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Our Privacy notice explains how your email address is used.

Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites, including sources for articles and the services we use. We include them for convenience and reference only. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

Availability and changes to the site

The site is provided free of charge and "as is". We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, including the blog or mailing list, at any time, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. We take reasonable care to keep the site secure, but we cannot guarantee that it is free from viruses or other harmful code; please use your own security software.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

Subject to that:

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add a blog, comments or the game. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on the site at the time you use it applies. If a change is significant, we will make it prominent on the site. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts; if you live elsewhere in the UK or the European Union, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country where you live and may be able to bring proceedings there.
